We want you to experience why people are transforming their skin with Copa. Our policy lasts 30 nights to give you the confidence to try us risk-free.

Refunds (if applicable)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve got it and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Note: Due to a small minority of people who take advantage of our generous return policy, exchanges are only allowed once. If a second exchange has an issue or defect, we’ll issue a full refund once it’s received, but no further exchanges will be provided.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time to post.
  3. Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at hello@trycopa.com.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Our 30-night trial applies to all items, including sale items!

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email us at hello@trycopa.com. We do not offer colour exchanges once the item has shipped.

Note: Due to a small minority of individuals who take advantage of our generous return policy, exchanges are only applicable for one time. If the second exchange has an issue or defect, then a refund of 100% will be provided upon received the second faulty product but no further exchanges will be given.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received. A gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, we’ll refund the original purchaser, and they’ll be notified of the return.

If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

If you're returning an item worth over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return otherwise.
